The Oceanides, Edited by Judith Pascoe

Tyre: A seaport in southwest Lebanon, on the Mediterranean. Tyre was the center of ancient Phoenician culture. In Isaiah XXIII, Tyre was to be forgotten for 70 years, or the lifetime of a king. After 70 years, the Lord would visit Tyre, and her merchandise and profits would be dedicated to the Lord, and to supplying abundant food and clothing for those who live in the Lord's presence.
