The Collected Letters of Robert Southey Part 4: 1810-1815

2676. Robert Southey to Henry Herbert Southey, [6 December 1815]*

My dear Harry

Here we are safe & sound, – Edith the better for her journeys, – all well, – & this is all I have time to say. Here is a house full of confusion & happiness – the difference between unpacking & packing! Our love to Louisa. Would that there were a prospect of her coming here that we might repay the hospitalities we found –

God bless you
